One use of the Palm handheld that just makes sense is as a tool for tracking your expenses. Many of us have Quicken or Microsoft Money and enter in our expenses, so why not use your Palm device as a point of data entry and personal ledger. Pocket Money can do this for you, Brad reviews it for us this week.
I recently reviewed some great games and utilities by Handmark and will continue to focus on that companies products this week. I hope you checked out my review on Mobile Tools, if not follow this link. My goal here is to build a review base of needed Palm OS programs for every Palm user out there. Why? Well, many of us have spent a lot of money on a great device, and we want to get the most out of it. Now I ve moved on to Pocket Money by Handmark.
Pocket Money is a great program for managing your finances. How many of us hate carrying around that checkbook ledger? I do, and probably you do too. This is especially true for me, having not written a check in years because of the advent of the Visa Check Card. You carry your PDA everywhere you go, so why not use it to keep track of what you re spending? You might be surprised how much money you ve given over to that coffee shop by your office!
