Ruggedized Casio Commando 4G LTE Image Leaks, Headed for Verizon

Twitter user @evleaks is at it again, this time with an image supposedly depicting the Casio Commando 4G LTE for Verizon customers, a follow-up to the G’zOne Commando.

Like its predecessor, the Casio Commando 4G LTE appears to be a ruggedized device headed to Verizon, per the branding at the top. It has a unique aesthetic and shape, featuring visible screws in the body and a subtly pointed bottom.

Information on the specs is still light, but as the picture shows, it seems to sport a custom Android interface with a metallic motif that further emphasizes the rough-and-tumble nature of the phone. A previous FCC filing indicates that the smartphone could support NFC, while other rumors indicate a Snapdragon S4 processor, but nothing is confirmed yet.

Casio hasn’t made any announcements and at this point reports about the specs are pure speculation, so clearly any launch or pricing details are not available at the moment.
