On Thursday, tipster @evleaks released numerous details about the rumored handset. While the specs have yet to be confirmed, HTC could have one impressive device in the works if they prove to be true.
According to the leak, the T6 will offer a generous 5.9-inch 1080p display, with a 2.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 chipset (MSM8974), and 2GB of RAM. The device will also offer an “UltraPixel” OIS rear camera, 2.1MP front-facing camera, 3,300 mAH battery, and 16 GB of internal storage with microSD compatibility. The device will also reportedly feature a dedicated pen/stylus along with a biometric fingerprint scanner around the back. The T6 may run the next version of Android (Key Lime Pie), though it may be more likely that the rumored device will offer Android 4.3 at release.
The T6 is expected to be released sometime later this summer. While this is still purely speculative, @evleaks does have a reputable track record, suggesting that fans of HTC really could have something special to look forward to.
