Samsung announced yesterday that it would be holding an event in London on June 20 to unveil new Galaxy and ATIV products, but the company offered no other specifics. Now, the Wall Street Journal is reporting that a “person with knowledge of the matter” is claiming that the Galaxy S IV Mini will be one of the multiple devices being revealed at the event.
The reveal seems likely, given that Samsung quietly confirmed the device’s existence recently on a UK Contents and Services app webpage. Among the catalog’s sorting options was the Galaxy S IV Mini.
Aside from the obvious fact that it will be smaller, no details of the Galaxy S IV Mini have been confirmed. But if it’s anything like its predecessor, the Galaxy S III Mini, it will have more modest specs and a lower price point.
