At the end of this month, Sony will start offering a pair of 2 GB Memory Sticks for about $200 or less.

These won’t be the first Memory Sticks with this capacity, but they will be the least expensive 2 GB ones Sony has put on the market.

The Memory Stick Pro Duo (see picture below) can be used with Sony Ericsson smartphones, like the P900 series. It also works with the Palystation Portable.

Memory Stick Pro Duo The standard-sized Memory Stick Pro is usable with Sony’s Clie line of handhelds.

The 2 GB Duo will sell for roughly $200, while the full-sized version will retail for about $170.

Either of these Memory Sticks can be pre-ordered now on Sony’s web site.
