Sony to release a new low-end PDA

I was a bit shocked to see on PC Mall a reference to a new low-end Palm OS PDA from Sony. There are no pictures, but a price tag of $149 and limited specs are available. If this is indeed true and not a mistake by PC Mall, I really have to question Sony’s approach. The following for the 300 series has been strong, why throw another unit into the mix?

At this point, little is surprising from Sony though. Their breakneck pace of releasing PDA’s has become a popular topic of conversation. For now, enjoy:
