T-Mobile Announces New Windows Mobile 2003 Phone Edition PDA

To follow-up on their reasonably successful MDA (same as the XDA in Europe), T-Mobile has announced the next generation device with built-in camera and a few other upgrades.

It’s the one year anniversary for the original, so T-Mobile Germany decided to celebrate by announcing the follow-up device. The new unit is due to be released this year and will feature a number of upgrades like Tri-band GSM, integrated .3MP camera, faster processor and more memory. The new form factor is also a little more sleek than the old MDA which will certainly differentiate it from Hitachi’s G1000. The official release date in the US and the price have not yet been released. For more high res pictures, check out the T-Mobile Germany press page.
