For some time now there have been reports that T-Mobile will begin offering the HTC S620 in the near future. In a new article that might confirm these earlier rumors, Engadget is saying that it has conclusive proof that this Windows Mobile Smartphone will be released as the T-Mobile Dash next month.
This site is claiming to have access to an internal T-Mobile document on the upcoming launch of this device.
This indicates that the Dash will be available on October 16, though it doesn’t say how much it will cost.More Details on T-Mobile Dash/HTC S620/ HTC Excalibur

Although T-Mobile hasn’t been talking about the Dash, HTC has been showing off the model this smartphone will reportedly be based on, the S620, sometimes called the Excalibur.
This device will use a design that is becoming increasingly popular: a slim tablet shape with a QWERTY keyboard below the screen.
It will include a 320-by-240-pixel display that is in landscape mode by default.
The S620 will have a 200 MHz OMAP850 processor from TI, 64 MB of RAM, and 128 MB of ROM, though whether the T-Mobile version will have this exact configuration is not yet known.
This smartphone will include a real innovation: a jog strip. Instead of pushing up and down on a jog wheel, users will run their finger up and down a touch-sensitive strip just to the right of the screen. Above and below this strip will be areas that can be touched to open the Start Menu and go Back.
This will be a quad-band GSM/GPRS device. Whether it will offer EDGE or a faster cellular-wireless networking standard is not yet known,
In addition, the S620/Excalibur will offer both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
