T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note IIThe launch of Samsung’s next big thing, the Galaxy Note II is drawing near. While consumers already know that the device will be offered at T-Mobile (along with all other major carriers), buyers are still left in the dark with regards to cost. However, the guessing game may be over, as recently leaked documents have revealed T-Mobile’s price.

The Note II will offer a large 5.5-inch AMOLED display, a 1.6GHz quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM, and it will be shipped pre-loaded with the latest version of Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) operating system. Additionally, the device will offer the same S Pen stylus that its predecessor had, along with a 8-megapixel rear camera and 1.9-megapixel front facing camera.

According to a newly-leaked document, the phablet is going to be available for $300 with contract. Sprint announced earlier last week that it would offer the Galaxy Note II for the same price with a two-year contract, which it will release this Thursday (Oct. 25). This is a welcomed change for T-Mobile customers, after it charged $80 more than competing carriers for the Samsung Galaxy S III.

T-Mobile has yet to confirm or deny the validity of this leak.

Adding to that, there is still speculation as to when T-Mobile will release the new Samsung handset. Whether the telecom releases the Galaxy Note II along with Sprint on Oct. 25 or sometime later in November, consumers will have to wait to see if T-Mobile truly matches Sprint’s price point.
