Verizon WirelessAll three of these models are going to receive upgrades to Android OS 4.0, but not today. The new system software updates are tweaks, rather than major upgrades.

Features in this update include improvements to Wi-Fi connectivity, messaging, the touchscreen, and the battery life. Additionally, bug fixes were made related to the power on function and keyboard.

Both the Droid RAZR and Droid RAZR MAXX will receive the 6.12.181 update that promises a better battery life, improved 4G LTE coverage and several other stability and security enhancements.
