Update –

The HP iPAQ h1935 is now shipping from a number of merchants. We’ve posted the $50 rebate information too, which is good through January of 2004.

HP let loose with a flurry of PDA activity in June/July with the announcement of Windows Mobile 2003. A number of New iPAQ Pocket PCs were released, but one stayed under the radar the entire time. We exposed its features, but HP never saw fit to release it in the US…until now.

HP iPAQ h1930
The h1935 leverages the same slim form factor as the rest of the h1900 series PDAs. It will be much like the popular h1945 without the Bluetooth and with a 90 day warranty instead of the standard one year. The unit will retail for $250, although CNET is reporting a $50 rebate will become available shortly. Right now the h1935 is only available at HP’s shopping site, but that will likely change over the next few weeks.
