Droid RAZRAll Motorola Droid RAZR models are part of this limited time offer, including the original Droid RAZR and the recently released Droid RAZR MAXX. Customers can purchase the Droid RAZR MAXX for $300, a 32GB Droid RAZR for $250, or a 16GB Droid RAZR for $200 all with a new two-year contract. The less expensive device will be considered free as part of the deal.

Aside from the BOGO offer, Verizon is also offering 4G of monthly data transfers for $30, half its usual cost. However, this deal is only for LTE-enabled smartphones. Also, if Verizon Wireless subscribers trade-in an old “dumbphone” or feature phone immediately, they will receive a $30 Verizon gift card.

Motorola Droid RAZR/RAZR MAXX Overview
The Droid RAZR runs on a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, has 1GB RAM, and a microSD card slot. It currently runs on Android OS 2.3 (Gingerbread), but will receive the Ice Cream Sandwich update soon. The original Droid RAZR is an aluminum-accented device that’s just 0.28 inches (7.1 mm) thick. It will feature an 8MP rear-facing camera capable of 1080p HD video, as well as an 1,800mAH battery.

Motorola Droid RAZR ReviewThe Droid RAZR MAXX is an alternate version thathas most of the same features. The biggest difference between the two is its size and battery life. The RAZR MAXX has a battery that’s almost double the capacity of its predecessor. Its 3,300mAh battery is rated at 21 hours of talk time, 7 hours or web surfing, 15 hours of video, or 60 hours of listening to music. The device slightly thicker than the original Droid RAZR, but at 9 mm thick, it’s still impressively thin considering its battery.
