PROS: The volume buttons are placed on the side (very convenient). A built-in speaker. Genius a new feature is very resourceful.The Genius option will create a playlist for you, etc...

CONS: Accessories for iTouch 1st Generation (chargers, etc.) won't work with the iTouch 2nd Generation. Also the built in speaker sounds pretty bad.
