The Centro is one of the smallest and lightest smartphones Palm has ever offered. Nevertheless, it still includes a full QWERTY keyboard and a 320 by 320 pixel touchscreen.

It is available from a variety of wireless carriers around the world, and is sold unlocked in Europe.

The CDMA version of this device offers EV-DO, but the GSM one does not include support for 3G. Instead, the 2.5G standard EDGE is as fast as it goes.
