Release information on HTC's next flagship smartphone is starting to come to light. It's all still unconfirmed, but it seems most U.S. consumers will be able to get the HTC M7 from their current carrier.
According to a new report, AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile are all going to release this device in mid to late March. A version for Verizon is apparently in development, but won't be out in the first wave of releases. A European launch is expected a bit earlier, on March 8.
There isn't much room for doubt this smartphone is coming soon. HTC Peter Chou briefly showed the upcoming high-end handset off at a company event in Taipei today. He thanked the M7 development team for all their hard work, then pulled the device out of his pocket. (See picture at right.) Chou showed off both black and white casing versions.
HTC has scheduled a press event for Feb 19 in New York and London. This is almost certainly going to be the reveal of the M7.

The device will also reportedly offer a 4.7-inch, 1920 x 1080 display, with a pixel density of 468 ppi. The M7 will have a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 2 MP front one, and a 2,300 mAh battery. All of this will fit into a slim body, if reports are correct.
